This second post in the series detailing idols' solo ventures will focus on Solo Ost Releases. Due to the changing market, popular idol singers are nowadays preferred because the drama in the process gets some exposure as well. Whenever quality starts withering away from the kpop world, I turn to the massive OST land for solace because it doesn't disappoint quite as often. The releases this year were especially stellar.

[Solo] Best K-Pop Idol Solo Releases

The solo ventures are risky for a company because achieving success can become extremely elusive. The solo albums are better for a member within an already established idol group, i.e., each member of BIGBANG have done individual activities after being already established as a group. Other solo songs can sometimes put within the group's album usually sung by the main vocalist of a group. If the materials given to a particular member works, it can showcase more of the member's talent and even lead to more interests towards the group. Qualities in individual sounds are plenty but its the uniqueness within that frame that can catapult one to success. Enjoy the notable releases.
